It's strange that the time is not right because I made several tests then, and a few more now, and the time seems to display properly.

I've checked the internal communications we had between some board members that night to better narrow the opening time. We were discussing an issue regarding the meeting, someone asked "when does it open?", someone else answered "midnight", and I said at 23.26 h "but i could wait a bit to open it". So it's impossible that it was opened at 23.13 h. Moreover, both at 00.23 h as well as 02.37 h I was inviting some delegates that had not tried to register to the system in the previous days. And it wasn't until 3.46 h that I was sending a message to the rest of the board members notifying them that I had opened the meeting.

Hopefully, following the approval of PP-DE's procedural motion, we will find volunteers for taking the minutes so it won't happen again that we have any confusion with this. The vote on today's procedural motions will take place tomorrow and enter into force the day after tomorrow, so that everyone has time to see them and vote.

I suggest that we start already looking for volunteers and proposing them today but specially tomorrow, so that they can be voted upon the day after tomorrow, at the same time as the chairpersons. Maybe this note (the period for proposing volunteers and voting them) could be included in PPDE's motion as well. Otherwise I can maybe propose myself an alternative formulation.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say that nobody opened the Meeting.

When the meeting is created (as well as every item in the agenda) they are marked as "Upcoming", later on they can be set to "Open".

According to the Minutes of the meeting (going to Meeting-> Minutes on the top menu) the Meeting was opened on the 24/05/2017, at 23.13 h.

Think is clearly a problem with the date of the server because I didn't open the meeting that early, I was waiting until past midnight. I hadn't noticed. I will ask the technical team to double check that the server's time is set to CEST so that the time is displayed properly.

so far as I can see the council meeting seems not to be in session as
nobody has opened the meeting.

I will take that very question into the meeting as soon it is opened.
