Hello Bastian,

in the meantime I had to realised that in the minute functions of
Vote-IT an opening time is mentioned.

As this even predates the official beginning of the Council meeting I
just brought in two procedural motions:

"By Email we had learnt, that the meeting will start on May, 25th 2017
at 10 am CEST. While waiting for the opening of the meeting I found out
that in the minute function of Vote-IT it the following minuted:

Meeting opened: 5/24/17, 11:13 PM

As this is far in advance of the official date and time on behalf of
PPDE I bring in the motion to declare this opening invalid and ask for a
formal opening of the meeting. Visibile in the ongoing agenda."


and

"To make it easier for the public to follow the council meeting 2017 the
provisional Chair of the meeting or the moderators of the system take
care of that all actions and documentations are public without signing
in to the tool used (Vote-IT). Council meetings have to be public and
the Council has not decided otherwise. Before the meeting continues the
public shall have access, The council meeting shall be adjourned until
the public can participate."

And there is nothing else but the possibility as to sign in to Vote-IT
just to see all information given. There is no pad, no other platform
the particpants know of.

I know hope the procedural motions will be taken care of as there had
been no reaction by now.
