Daß diese geldpolitische Kerneinsicht (von der ich im BoE-paper so nichts 
gelesen hatte - hab ich das übersehen?) endlich wieder offen benannt 
wird, ist in der Tat ein enormer Fortschritt. Denn damit ist auch die 
Einsicht nicht weit, daß die derzeitigen enorm niedrigen 
Zentralbankzinssätze, die aber dennoch nicht zu einer Belebung der 
Investitionen führen, daraus resultieren, daß die Regierungen 
systematisch falsche Wirtschaftspolitik machen (Unternehmenssteuern 
senken, Staatshaushalt bedingungslos konsolidieren, Sozialabbau) und die 
Zentralbanken damit zu extremen Niedrigzinsen zwingen, damit sie 
überhaupt noch ihr (ohnehin niedrig gewähltes) Inflationsziel erreichen 
können.

Daß die jetzigen Regierungen also ideologisch bedingt systematisch gegen 
die Zentralbank handeln, also jegliche Verantwortung fürs Erreichen 
gesamtwirtschaftlicher Ziele auf diese abschieben, dürfte der 
interessierten Öffentlichkeit so langsam ebenfalls dämmern.

Ebenso, daß sinnvolle, an gesamtwirtschaftlichen Zielen (magisches 
Viereck) orientierte Geldpolitik nur in Kooperation zwischen Zentrabank 
und Regierung möglich ist und natürlich Fiskalpolitik als Möglichkeit 
expansiver wie restriktiver Geldpolitik einschließt.

Zwar gilt bis jetzt:

Da bleibt wohl noch einiges zu tun - aber erste Anzeichen sind 
unverkennbar. Da muß man nachhelfen, so gut man kann.
