Dear all,

I agree with Martina.

Taking into account that:

- We agreed that the ratification process of the Common Program can be
done by the parties by bits and not necessarily as a whole text.
- That the actual Common Program will be the resulting bits that have
survived in January the ratification process in all parties.
- That the Pirate Party of Sweden has expressed repeatedly that it
does not have time for proper ratification and is substituting this by
an approval by their board.

I don't see that it is an insalvable problem that the board of the
Swedish Pirate Party needs a bit longer to approve or disapprove some
part of the text.

However, the intention of the Pirate Party of Germany was to deal with
the whole text, their deadline and possibly last chance to take a
stand before the European Elections is next weekend (the 29th of
November), and Martina expressed her concert that further vetoes
remove sentences of the text changing the meaning, leading to whole
sections removed.

Therefore, I agree with her that, to minimize those changes and try to
keep as much as possible from the program, the veto deadline stays the
same for the rest of the parties (that don't have the problem with the
ratification) and that we assume that the "ratification"/"approval
process" by the Swedish Pirate Party is their board decision on it, so
that they can state somewhat later than the 29th that some bits of the
CP did not make it in their party.

Best regards,

Muriel
