I find github very interesting, and I dream the moment when we can integrate vilfredo as part of github, so that for specific questions a vilfredo question is opened. What I wonder is: how democratic is a system where the only person that can participate in the discussion really (that is with direct independent power) are the programmers who can fork a program?

I strongly recommend everyone again to join github and try to participate or create projects there and find out for yourself how all this magic works. I think it can inspire future discussions about metagovernment.--DISCLAIMER:
Everything I have written above is my personal experience/opinion on things, no matter what kinds of words i did use
(e.g. "always", "never", "impossible", "waste of time", ....).Such extreme words only do indicate, that my experience/opinion on something is very strong and i currently cannot imagine that there are other possibilities until new arguments/insights/whatever open my eyes that there are alternative perspectives too :-)
