1. Read makeyourlaws.org — most of the overview, strategy, etc is there.

PKN, 30 minute @ Toorcamp, & 1 hour @ HOPE; take your pick)

has our draft FEC Advisory Opinion Request. It's specific to US
federal elections law, but you'll probably see various interesting
issues in there anyway (e.g. part B on page 15, which is basically
setting us up to be able to do the campaign finance version of liquid
democracy).

I can field questions anywhere from US law to UX of policy discussion
systems, but I'm guessing we'll be concentrating mainly on the latter.
