Dear fellow Pirates!

On behalf of the PPEU board I very much thank you all for the
applications we've received. After a vote among the board I'm happy to
hereby announce and invite you to the annual General Assembly (Council
meeting) of the European Pirate Party in Milan.

When: 2nd and 3rd November 2019

The first overview of the agenda:

  * Friday, Nov. 1st: 14-18 : welcome acceptance at Spazio MIL (later
    unofficial aperitivo)
  * Saturday, Nov. 2nd 9-18: Council Meeting - Coffee break and lunch
    included and free
  * Saturday, Nov. 2nd: 19-late night: Pirate Party Surprise!
  * Sunday, Nov. 3nd 9-18: Council Meeting - Coffee break and lunch
    included and free

According to our current Statutes, a *new board* shall be elected.
Please deliver nominations (with specified position) on behalf of your
party to the PPEU Council e-mail. Statutes make us deliver them a month
prior to the meeting, which is 2nd October. However we are aware of the
soon deadline and there is a precedent of possible later nominations, so
please *let us know* if you need more time so that we know with what to
count.

Also there has been already several*statute change proposals* from PPDE
which you can find here:

so please have a look at them and feel free to add more!

That would be it for now, more information is to come. I'm looking
