Dear Council, dear Pirates!

The Luxembourg meeting is just around the corner so we need to decide, how to go on about the signing of the programme.

First, so that we start getting the final image:

• If you already approved the CEEP, please write so in this pad: https://pad.pirati.cz/p/approved_pps_ceep.
  
• If you vetoed any parts, please either insert a link to the changed version (with visible changes) into the pad or deliver the changes in any other way. 

Please do this (even just writing "I will have more info on XX" is okay) till 5th February.

Secondly, as some might not be able to approve the CEEP before the 9th because of internal processes (please let me know in the pad or via e-mail asap), I though a lot about doing it comfortable for you and interesting for press at the same time, and I came with this solution:
1. We'll sign a memorandum (see in attachments), that clearly states we have a common programme and we are approving it, even though it doesn't say how the final version looks, so we have time to work on the final version. :)
2. We'll present the press the current version of CEEP (just in the venue in a paper version so that they can skim through it) with a dislacimer that the online version will be asap on the Internet, and we'll present three core topics according to the poll (https://pollunit.com/en/polls/lORbyqWwHz_yJCm5eYirug), which are Human rights in the digital era and privacy, Climate Change and Citizen participation & direct democracy (I can prepare some presentation for it).

What do you think? I'm very open to any modifications and suggestions, we just need to decide it now. :)
