Moin Thomas,

ausgehend von unserem energiepolitischen Wahlprogramm zur  
Bundestagswahl habe ich einige energiepolitische Forderungen als  
Vorschlag formuliert, auf die sich die Piraten vielleicht europaweit  
einigen könnten. Vielleicht ja eine erste Diskussionsgrundlage für das  
Treffen in Prag. Die Forderungen können natürlich auch gerne noch  
detaillierter und weitreichender werden.

Europaweite energiepolitische Positionen:

Der Ausbau der Strom- und Wärmeerzeugung mit erneuerbaren Energien bis  
hin zu einer Versorgung mit 100% erneuerbaren Energien. Energetische  
Nutzung von Biomasse durch die Verwertung biologischer Reststoffe und  
eine nachhaltige Forstwirtschaft.

Die Förderung des Ausbaus von Energiespeichern. Energiespeicher sind  
zum Ausgleich der Schwankungen bei der Energiegewinnung aus  
erneuerbaren Quellen unverzichtbar.

Der Umbau der zentralen Energieversorgung hin zu einer dezentralen  
Versorgungsstruktur.

Die Verringerung der Schadstoffemissionen mit einer Beteiligung der  
Zivilgesellschaft entsprechend der Aarhus-Konvention und dem  
Kiew-Protokoll.
