Dear all,

I tried to start a new page on the wiki with the invitation that we need to 
send out on sunday to our second council meeting this year. But I only got an 
error 404 sign when I pressed "new page" or "edit page"

Is there someone more experienced with Github who can sort this out?


What I wanted to write in the email was that we will need them to send a 
signed document from a general assembly or board meeting where there is a 
decision apoint their delegates to this specific council meeting, or a 
decision 
to apoint council members for a certain period of time (up to and including 
the date for the meeting). This so that we can add those documents to the 
protocol so that we have total clarity on the people present when we send in 
our registration to the luxembourgish authorities. And that they provide us 
with the email addresses for these delegates so that we can send the wassail 
invitations to them.

I also suggest we set a deadline for this to one week before the meeting 
start 
so that we can ensure that all delegates are added to the system.

As far as I remember the only points on the agenda for this meeting was to be 
the change of statutes and the proposal to hold the first Council meeting for 
next year in February. Have I missed anything else that should be in there?
