Dear Jens,

Thanks for your email.

I hope I will be able to reply to all your questions, and if anything is
still
unclear do not hesitate to get back to us with further questions.

Regarding the status of the move to Luxembourg we are slightly delayed but on
track. We posted a proposal for statutes changes on the 31st of July here:
http://europeanpirateparty.eu/index.php/proposals-for-new-statutes/ and at
the
same day we sent out an email to our members calling for input. Unfortunately
we did not get enough input for a second round of comments, but we expect to
be able to present a formal proposal of statute changes together with an
invitation to an online council meeting shortly.

Regarding the silence on the board mailing list, it might be good for you to
know that we are not using that list for our internal communication. the
current board use other means of communications in between our board meetings.

Finally, I would like to thank the German international team for their
diligent work on scrutinizing the minutes from our last Council meeting. As
the minutes are already finalized and signed we will not add anything to
them,
but we will take your comment in consideration for the minutes from the next
Council meeting, which will be the meeting that will be used as the formal
basis for registering the organisation in Luxembourg.

Best regards,

Mattias Bjärnemalm
on behalf of the board
