Hi everybody,

I would like to ask the PPEU board what is the status of registering PPEU?

The council has voted for the following option to continue the PPEU
registration process:

MEPs proposal:
"The Council, having read and heard the annual report of the board, decides to
adopt a multi-level plan:
1. The new board is invited to submit a proposal starting *September 2015* to
rework the statutes of the PPEU.
2. The PPEU board will invite an online Council to validate these new statutes
and then move forward to create the legal entity of European Pirate Party in
Luxembourg as a non-profit."

It is oktober 2015 now and I have not noticed either a proposal for the
statutes or an invitation for an online council meeting from the board until
today. There has been silence on the PPEU board mailinglist since 6th of
august 2015 now. Is the board still working on these issues?

Furthermore our international coordination team has inspected the minutes
from
the last council meeting in brussels which can be found on the board
mailinglist:
http://lists.pp-international.net/pipermail/pp-eu.board/2015-July/000248.html

Our conclusion: As the minutes again do not contain a list of the attending
council members this document does not meet the requirements for registering
PPEU as an organisation!

Do you have a record of the accredited council members attending the 2015
meeting? You should do two things:

a.) Add that information in the minutes.
b.) Send that information to me so that I can update the PPEU council
mailinglist. This was also committed with Mattias in Brussels.

We hope to hear from you soon!
