Streaming of the event almost never live up to expectations. So I would not
try to facilitate that unless expressly demanded by the board. Remote
participation can easily be solved over mumble with far better results.
Most venues I've been looking at provide a basic wifi, so unless the
attendees
want to download games of thrones during the event we should be fine.

Size of the venue is totally dependent on participants. But it will be
slightly larger than the amount of registered participants to ensure that it
fits. I would be hard pressed to find something that can fit more than 150
people. But should more than that register I am sure I can manage.
The size of the team depends as I stated on the amount of people attending.
But I am estimating that the minimum staff required to run the event smoothly
to five people. Might be more depending on how we solve catering.

I can cover the cost. But expect some participation fee to cover food for non
delegates.
