Dear Amelia,

the Pirate Party of Bavaria hereby applies for the membership as an oberver
member of the PPEU.

As a subdivision of the Pirate Party of Germany we already comply with all
requirements noted in article 8 of the PPEU statutes.

On march 6th our board has voted a motion by Jens Stomber for team 
international
co-ordination of the Pirate Party of Germany to apply as an observer member
based on the PPEU statutes.

We are planning to send a delegate to the founding conference on march 21st in
Brussels.
