[Int-koordination] Observer Membership PPEU - Northrhine Westfalia, Germany

Dear Amelia,

hereby the pirate party of northrhine westfalia applies for the
membership as an oberver member of the PPEU. As a subdivision of the
pirate party of germany we already comply with all requirements in
article 8 of the PPEU statutes.

On the 6th of march our board has voted a motion by Jens Stomber from
team international coordination of german pirate party to apply as an
observer member based on the PPEU statutes.

The board of the pirate party northrhine westfalia is planning to send
me, Patrick Schiffer, to the founding conference on the 21th of march in
brussels. Please give us a reply if the information provided in this
email is sufficient for our application or if you are missing something.

We also declare that we are accepting the statutes and manifesto of the
PPEU and intend to comply with them.
