 Vorteil: Bürger bekommen mit was wir tun

Nachteil: Weniger Ruhe und wir könnten andere stören. 

In Wuppertal etwa machen die auch den Elberfeld  Stammtisch im Hayat der auch keinen Sonderraum hat sondern mitten in der Kneipe. Würde das bei uns gehen?
