Schöne neue Welt: Leon, eine Stadt in Mexiko, installiert flächendeckend Irisscanner. Diese Geräte können im Vorbeilaufen bis zu 50 Menschen pro Minute erkennen. Es gibt auch kleinere Modelle mit "nur" 15-30 Menschen pro Minute. Natürlich ist die Ausrede für den Kauf, dass das Betrug und Verbrechen verhindern wird.

Leon ist auch keine kleine Stadt, da wohnen immerhin eine Million Menschen.

Oh und wie immer bei solchen widerlichen Grundechtseingriffen, fängt man bei denen an, die sich nicht wehren können, und bietet den anderen eine "freiwillige Teilnahme" an:
