Die Tatsache, daß die Existenz des "Stockholm Programm" nicht
weitreichend bekannt ist, besser gesagt: nicht kommuniziert wurde, zeigt doch
nur die Angst der Verantwortlichen vor der öffentlichen Diskussion.
Wer sich informieren will, muß gelegentlich tief schürfen (Okay, hier stand's
im SPIEGEL, aber an keiner prominenten Stelle und wird deshalb leicht überlesen)
und sich "durchhangeln", was vielen zu mühsam ist. Ich denke, das ist
von den Paranoikern (SSchäuble & Consorten) dieser Welt so gewollt.
