[Piraten WF-SZ] PPI - Conference Bewerbung (beta)

HI,

konsens (auch mit Dennis) war gestern Abend, dass wir uns erstmal auf 
den PPI bewerben sollten. Ich schreibe die bewerbungsbeta mal auf die 
Listen. Irgendwie haben sich nur zwei Leute in Telko eingefunden. Ich 
versuche es evtl. gegen 9 nochmal, kann es aber nicht versprechen.
