[IT-SecNots] Addendum: CiviCRM security release on Wed, Mar 16

There will be a security release for CiviCRM on Wednesday, March 16 (US/Pacific Time). Patch updates will be provided for the following versions:

• CiviCRM v5.47 (Current)
• CiviCRM v5.46 (One-time/special)
• CiviCRM v5.45 (Extended Security Release)

We expect the release to become available near the end of the day (TZ conversions).

The updates for v5.47 and v5.45 will proceed as normal. We are also adding a one-time/special release for v5.46. At time of writing, CiviEvent deployments upgrading to v5.47 may be affected by an open/complex issue involving timezone-conversion, and this may not be fully resolved by March 16. In the interim, CiviEvent users may be better served by v5.46 or v5.45 (ESR).
