Dear community members,

we are very proud to announce today the release of the second beta version of OTRS 5!

OTRS 5 beta contains a lot of new features in the area of productivity, scalability & performance and security as well as installation & administration and working with external systems.

Please note, that from now on we will only officially support OTRS 3.3, OTRS 4 and following versions.
