Dear community members,

we are very proud to announce today the releases OTRS Help Desk 4 Patch Level 6, the OTRS::ITSM Module 4 Patch Level 6 and the OTRS Appliance 4 Patch Level 6 as well as the patch level releases of OTRS Help Desk 3.3.12, OTRS::ITSM Module 3.3.12 and OTRS Appliance 3.3.12. Thank you for helping to improve OTRS.

Please note, that from now on we will only officially support versions OTRS 3.3 and OTRS 4.
