we are very proud to announce today the release of the second beta version of OTRS Help Desk 4, OTRS::ITSM 4, FAQ 4 beta1 and the OTRS iPhoneHandle 4 beta1, as well as the patch level releases FAQ 2.3.3 and OTRS iPhoneHandle 1.3.2. Thank you for helping to improve OTRS.
