Dear community members,

today we announce the patch level release of the OTRS Windows Installer 3.0.5. Please note that we just remedied a defect in the update functions of the OTRS Windows Installer. In case of having shut down the MySQL server while running the installer, the OTRS Windows Installer copied this server and all data. This lead to a loss of all previous MySQL configurations. We have fixed this bug now.  

Please use the current version of the OTRS Windows Installer for your next upgrade.
