Dear community members,

we are very proud to announce today the stable releases OTRS Help Desk 3.3.3 and 3.2.13, OTRS::ITSM 3.3.3, OTRS Appliance 1.0.3 and OTRS iPhoneApp 1.1.1.

Check out now the OTRS iPhoneApp 1.1.1 which contains new features as iOS 7 compatibility, new app icon and splash image, bug fixes and performance improvements and it displays the article number in the ArticleZoom.

Thank you for helping to improve, as ever, OTRS also in the new stable releases of OTRS Help Desk, OTRS::ITSM, the OTRS Appliance an the OTRS iPhoneApp.
