we are very proud to announce today the stable releases OTRS Help Desk 3.3.2, OTRS::ITSM 3.3.2 (Release 3.3: Sunrise Beach Ko Lipe) and OTRS Appliance 1.0.2. 

Thank you for helping to improve, as ever, OTRS also in the second stable release of OTRS Help Desk 3.3, OTRS::ITSM 3.3 and the OTRS Appliance 1.0.
