Dear community members,

today we announce the release of the second beta release of the OTRS Appliance. This makes OTRS even more accessible and easier to install.

Enjoy the following features:

- Includes all necessary components (operating system, database, webserver, etc.)

- Download OTRS as an ISO image, burn it on a CD-ROM and boot your system from the CD to install OTRS on a native hardware 

- Can be installed as a virtual machine based on the virtualization software "Oracle VM VirtualBox", or on virtualization software solutions provided by other vendors.

Enjoy:

- Easy testing of new OTRS versions

- Easy Updates with the OTRS Appliance Manager
