Upstream published version 2011d.

Changes since 2011c-0lenny1 currently in lenny-volatile are adjustments to
the DST rules of Turkey, West Samoa and Cuba.  The changes for Cuba
already took effect a few days ago, the other two will be in effect soon.

and install them with dpkg, or add the volatile archive for Lenny
to your /etc/apt/sources.list:
