ENHANCEMENTS:

* Updated Czech translation file, thanks to Pavel!
* Updated Russian translation file, thanks to Eugene Kungurov!
* Updated Dutch translation file.
* Changed ResponseFormat to top positing (TOFU).
SUPPORTED ENCODING:
===================
* The default internal charset of OTRS was changed to UTF-8.
Please see the UPGRADING file if you upgrade from a previous
version of OTRS for any implications this may have.
* We recommend to change existing non-UTF-8 installations of
OTRS to UTF-8 with the upgrade to 3.0.
* All other encodings are now rejected.
* OTRS 3.1 will only allow UTF-8 as internal charset.
BUGFIXES:
=========
* Bug#5655 - In Article Zoom, after a new article got created
and page was reloaded, a new article is shown as
new.
* Bug#5848 - Wrong characters in Czech language.
* Bug#5962 - ToolBarModule and TicketSearchProfile: management of
search profiles was not working in proper style.
* Bug#5950 - Customer History wasn't shown in Change Customer View.
* Bug#3515 - AgentTicketMove standard "Note" and "Subject" could
not be configured.
* Bug#5965 - AgentTicketMove does not support setting of "Note"
and "Subject".
* Bug#5999 - Undefined variables generated warnings in
CustomerTicketMessage.
* Bug#5980 - Free fields were not properly aligned.
* Bug#5983 - Inline image from Outlook was displayed in attachment
list.
* Bug#5849 - Headline / Company Name wass hardcoded in the DTL of
the customer interface.
* Bug#5988 - ActionRow in customer interface was displayed incorrectly
when zoomed in Firefox/Webkit browser.
* Bug#5995 - Pagination in Customer Interface wasn't work properly.
* Bug#5982 - Email address did not render properly if it contained
brackets.
* Bug#5987 - Column titles for ticket were not listed in customer
interface. It can now be configured with the config
setting "Ticket::Frontend::!CustomerTicketOverviewSortable".

* Bug#5956 - Arrows to expand/collapse the support module details
pointed in the wrong direction.
* Bug#5970 - Wrong orientation of expand / collapse arrows.
* Bug#5976 - Admin Notification (event) text wasn't aligned properly.
* Bug#5959 - Agent got "Invalid argument" _javascript_ Error in
Ticket Zoom.
* Bug#5707 - Web Installer Mail Configuration did not list all
available SMTP backends/options.
* Bug#5948 - Address book did not open when forwarding a ticket.
* Bug#5943 - Customer link behavior in ZoomView.
* Bug#5649 - Changing owner from L view opened in the same tab
instead of providing a pop-up.
* Bug#5929 - CheckURLHash(); was called every 500ms - which
generated unneccessary load.

For those folks who are using OTRS 2.4 and want to upgrade to OTRS 3.0
please read the UPGRADING and INSTALL files. We do not recommend to
upgrade to OTRS 3.0.0 beta4 for production.
