Dear Pirates,

as our common effort is progressing, there is a need for another Council meeting to prepare PPEU for the next year. Despite we would like to meet you personally, the worsening pandemic situation gives us no other option than online meeting. As the Board decided, the meeting shall take place on 28. and 29. November.

 

The Board has discussed neccessary steps that shall be discussed. The agenda shall consists of

• report of the old Board
• election of the new Board
• approval of budget 2021
• statutes changes to be able to include new members
• guests session
• members initiatives

Should you have further proposals for the agenda, do not hesitate to contact us.

 

According our Statues § 25, the deadline for proposing any statue changes is 31. October. The proposals shall be presented to the Board. Following Statues § 17 (3), the deadline for nominations for the Board election is 28. October. There is no specific dead-line for other type of resolutions. However, should you have any other specific proposal, please, provide it as soon as possible to give other members opportunity to read and discuss the proposal within their parties.

Further information and technical details of the meeting will follow soon.
