hier die Englische Übersetzung des dortigen Antrages:
Name of the motion: Withdrawal of the Pirate Party from the International Pirate Party
Explanatory memorandum:
The Pirate Party joined the International Pirate Party (PPI) when it was founded about ten years ago. Originally, this international structure had the function of allowing pirates from all over the world to exchange and take a stand together on issues of major importance to our movement.
Time has passed and the PPI no longer fulfils this function. Indeed, he is close to a state of brain death to use a trendy expression. For more than three years now, the Pirate Party has been investing in this structure both humanely and financially. On the one hand, because we financed more than our contributions required by our contributions by making a donation of 100€ to fill a budget gap for the organisation of an event that the PPI could not fill with its own cash (cf. CR AG March 2018). On the other hand, it is human because two members of the PP have been involved in the functioning of the PPI: Aurifex, for two years, and Farlistener, for one year. Ultimately, Aurifex submitted its resignation at the end of November.
The results are meagre. Indeed, since the PP has reinvested itself in international pirate federations, the PPI has produced the least amount of material that could subsequently be reused internally. Indeed, the main activity of the PPI is the production of written and oral statements before the United Nations Economic and Social Committee (ECOSOC). This is partly due to the low visibility of this work and the lack of communication from the project manager to PPI members.
From a purely administrative and financial point of view, management is catastrophic from start to finish. It is a management between friends without real follow-up and serious, which is quite alarming for the sustainability of the structure but also its moral integrity in this field. Executors (adapted term because there is a contract) do as they please without any escape being possible because emotional ties seem to take precedence over good management of the structure. Financial monitoring has been discontinued for more than a year and the management system is extremely cumbersome and does not allow for transparency worthy of the pirate movement. Any reform is aborted before it reaches the voting stage because "we have always done it that way".
In conclusion, the PPI is a structure with an uncertain future and in which it no longer seems necessary to invest financially and humanely. If the Pirate Party wishes to invest in inter-party relations that are fruitful from a political production point of view, it seems more appropriate at the moment to invest in bilateral relations or within the European Pirate Party.
Contents of the motion:
Article 1: The Pirate Party withdraws from the International Pirate Party as of February 1, 2020.
Article 2: The international team is in charge of this withdrawal. It will proceed with the PPI office to settle any claims between the two structures.

Supports : Aurifex, Bibo,
Wir sollten dieses vor Augen haben.
Beste Grüße
Thomas
