Hi everyone!

The time of the year has come again - on Sunday's board meeting we
agreed that we should begin planning this year's general assembly in
good time, so that we minimizethe usual last-minute chaosthat we love to
hate. :)

The first thing is naturally date and place. We thus kindly call for
applications for a locationfrom our council members. The preferred time
frame for the GA is October-December, so please do state in your
application if there are some more plausible and less plausible dates.

The application should contain:

  *  Organizingcouncil member Pirate Party- more than one member can
    work together
  *  Responsible point of contact - for now, can change in the future of
    course
  *  Location- city, country
  *  Accessibility evaluation (is nearby an airport? It is well
    accessible via standard means of transport?)

    
The deadline is: *31st August 2019*.Please send it to the board's
