Dear All,

On behalf of the Polish Pirate Party I propose an amendment for the PPEU
statutes limiting the membership fee to 4% of the yearly budget of the
member party by adding following section to the Article 13:

(9) If membership fee, computed as described above in sections 1, 2 and 3
of this article, is bigger than 4% of the yearly budget of an ordinary
member - the fee for this member is reduced to 4% of its yearly budget.
