tutorial for the delegates before the Council meeting starts

Meeting log
Muriel suggests that we add a tutorial one week in advance of the
Council Meeting, so that the delegates get to know how to use the system.
That would be around the 27-29th or earlier. Mab suggests that perhaps
an external person, from VoteIT, who knows the software better could
give that tutorial.
Apart from that, the board should be profficient in the system as well
to organise the meeting. We propose to try it out at the board meeting
after the next (the 30th of January), and do the next meetings there if
it works. Mab proposes that we should delay the Council Meeting by about
a month in order to prepare all those things better.
That would give us the following rough timetable:

proposals for statue changes
24. 3. Deadline for proposals
3. 4. Council Meetings starts
14. 4. Council Meeting closes
