If you can get to Munich at 15.00 hours you could travel to Würzburg with the bavarian Pirates we all meet at Munich Train Station then and take our rented bus to BPT.

I think the best timeframe for your speech would be on sunday morning, but I
have to coordinate this with the orga team. I think the best way to go there
for you would be the train from munich. Würzburg has a trainstation for the
ICE train. I have put Thomas Mayer from Munich Pirates in CC, maybe he can
give you the details on the Munich Pirates travel plans.

For accomodation Sebastian Krone has confirmed in Brussels that he can help you
to find a place in Würzburg. I have therefore put him in CC as well.
