You are mistaken. The board is duly elected, we have statutes and we are an "association de fait" according to Belgian law. As such, the association exists and the Board can take decisions. We can open bank accounts in the name of the organisation, for example. It doesn't get much more formal than that.

The board has taken decisions. One of them is to rely on resources provided by
the office of Julia Reda, MEP, for our IT needs.
Your decision not to respect this is yours and yours alone.
