First, I would like to thank you to take action. We were hoping that
the Council would be quickly running.

How can we contact you to organise a Council meeting ? Is the list
pp-eu.council AT lists.pp-international.net up to date ? Martina tried to
gather delegates contact weeks ago, but last time I heard about it we
still had to update it.

I see that you are its administrator, this will be very helpful.
Please tell us what is the current state of this mailing-list, so that
we can help you complete this task.

I think that the Board should be considered as a whole. (Lately the
Board has not been that much active as a whole, but this is changing.)

About the members :
* Cristian has resigned,
* Amelia, Martina and Paul have expressed (at different moments and
for different motivations) their will to take a break from their PP-EU
Board work.
* The others, and in particular Antonios (as far as I remember), have
not expressed such a will.

This for the facts. About who is really active or not, this is a bit
subjective so I prefer not to try to determine it, but I am pretty
sure we would likely not end up with the very same list.

We are in the process of moving the website to a server controlled by
Gilles, who is working with Julia Reda at her Brussels office. The
website should quickly come back.

I do not remember that decision. Where was it stated that PP-EU Board
shall be contacted by the website, please ?

As far as I am concerned, sending us an e-mail at this mailing-list is
fine, until we set up other ways to reach the Board.

The PPEU Board has decided to organize a Council meeting and to ask
the Council to decide what the PP-EU should be in the upcoming years.
In short : shall we register the PPEU as a Belgian AISBL and open a
bank account, which would generate administrative work but allow PPEU
to collect and spend money directly ; or shall we stay as we are (with
legal existence under Belgian law, but no possibility to have our own
bank account in exchange of having less administrative work to do each
year).

It is obvious that for some PPEU Board seats, if not all, there should
be a new elections, during this Council meeting or the following
weeks. We are currently discussing about the details (online/IRL,
location, date, etc.) and we have already received informal proposals
to host such a meeting. We will keep you informed of this as soon as
it will be settled.

Best regards,

Maxime
