My names is .... (student of the Vrije Universitait of Brussels), I am
doing my research thesis on the German Pirate party. Could I talk with
someone about the party and its structure. I already know everything, I
just need some expert interviews. I could also send you the questions,
also in German if you want. Thank you in advance.

The questions are not so easy, if they answer yes/no for me it's ok. If
you also can give the statistics of participation to the online
activities during the last year for example or the age/sex of the
participants it would be great.

1) How do you think the Internet will foster the creation of an
organization of movements at European level (with different languages
and cultures) capable of going beyond the nation-state?


2) What types of contacts has the Pirates Party with other similar
movements in Europe and how it intends to use the net to facilitate
these contacts and organize action at European level?


3) How do you think the electronic platforms of e-democracy as liquid
feedback can foster dialogue between citizens at the European level?


4) After several years of activism in the movement, what do you think
are the advantages and disadvantages of this new model of democracy
online? Could you give me some examples?


5) What do you think of social networks like Liquid-feedback? Are useful
tools for engaging citizens online or have limitations? What are their
most positive aspects and interesting?


6) At the national level, gathered the opinions of citizens, which the
system used by the Pirate Party to analyze the inputs and provide
answers in terms of policy to apply? How could you improve this system?


7) How the administrative staffs work on the analysis and production of
the answers? What methodology they use to do this'?


8) Have you ever made assessments on what the member think about this
method of decision making?  What is their feedback?
