[Int-koordination] PPEU Council Delegates

Dear all,

as the list and credentials of all PPEU Council delegates seems to have 
gotten lost, we will need to collect these data again to get PPEU started.

Therefore, I ask you to send to me the decisions of your board or competent 
authorities in which you name your delegates for the PPEU Council for the 
Founding meeting in March 2014. If you do not have any written proof of this 
decision, please forward to me the email in which you named your delegates to 
MAB (Mattias Bjärnemalm). If you do not have sent such an email or cannot 
find it anymore, please send to me an official statement naming your 
delegates for the founding meeting. In this way, we can archive those 
documents for history.

To get the Council started, I also need the email-adresses of your delegates 
to make it possible to communicate to them and call a Council meeting. I 
would also hand them over to Jens Stomber who is administrating the mailing 
list set up for all Council members 
(pp-eu.council AT lists.pp-international.net), so that he can add them there.

If you have renounced any appointment of delegates and appointed new ones 
since the founding meeting, please also give me this information and the 
contact details of the new delegates.

Please send me this information as quickly as possible, so that PPEU will be 
able to start its work for all European Pirates.
