[Int-koordination] Minutes and Invitation to the 2nd Board meeting

Dear all,

attached you can find the revised minutes of the founding conference of 
PPEU and the 1st meeting of its Board. I will put them up in the 
ppeu.net-wiki next week when I come back from London.

I also want to cordially invite you to the 2nd Board meeting on Sunday, 
the 6th of April at 21:00 CET. The meeting will take place at the German 
NRW-Mumble Server in Room PPEU.

I will send around the agenda for it next week as well (@Board and 
Muriel: This was the only date all members of the Board could find the 
time to come. Don't be confused, I discussed it with Amelia already. 
@Muriel: I hope you will nonetheless be able to attend, as I think it 
would be extremely important to have your input on the social media 
strategy).

All other Pirates are welcome as well, of course! :-)
