Gilles,

We do indeed need more people still, such as press contacts (English
and/or German-speaking, mostly), people who can help at the entrance,
things like that. We have a small budget for volunteers but it's pretty
exhausted already, so we'll need to look among people who are already
coming and will be reimbursed through visitors groups, or people in
Belgium. We also need moderators for data protection, copyright reform,
Internet governance.

As of now the decisions are final, my colleague Nils added the very last
names today. Good idea about sending a definite confirmation, we'll do
that.

Hi Anders,

I've got some question: do you still need some helpers for Friday? If so,
what for and will they get reimbursement? Who should they contact? We
could try and spread the word for you.
Second: not everyone who asked for reimbursement has got a separate mail
  from you to this effect? Are the decisions final? Could you please send a
message of confirmation to the ones that are indeed eligible (the ones
htat have received the special mail and replied to tit), so that they know
they should absolutely be there on Friday morning?
