Dear European Pirates,

the German Pirates will finalise their campaign in a bar camp in
Frankfurt/Main on the week-end of the 7th to 9th of March 2014. If you like
to join us and to give some input or want to collaborate, feel free to join
us there.

Here is the agenda with all the additional information (like how to register
which is important, but you may ignore the deadline):

Goals of the meeting

· Presentation of campaign strategy, posters and candidates

· Networking of PR-people active during election campaign

· Practical action plan for press and publicity/PR work

· Timeline of important dates and milestones


Programme planning

Saturday 07 March 2014: Presentation, Work in theme groups with/without
candiates



09:00 a.m. Arrival at the LGS (regional office of the Pirates in Hesse)
for all,

Greetings by the organisational team, organisational
directions,

Short personal Presentations by all participants


10:00 a.m. Presentation of the European Election Campain, Strategy,
"Borderless-

Concept" with all Candidates of the European Election
(Attention - big room,

it fits appr. 80 people)


11:00 a.m. coffee break


11:15 a.m. Objectives of the bar camp, finalizing of the agenda

1. Slot: Work in theme groups with input from the
candidates

Common education / determination of the three big
interdisciplinary theme

groups, Participants from the teams Press / Public
Relation, Advertising,

Political Education and Social Media meet in different
working groups to the

three topics:


Topic 1: Democracy Update

Topic 2: Asylum and Migration

Topic 3: Civil Rights


01:00 p.m. Lunch break


02:30 p.m. 2. Slot: Work in theme groups without input from the
candidates


06:00 p.m. Large meeting: All theme groups meet, presenting their
preliminary results.

Here it's planned to utilise the synergistic effects
and the communication of

the Campaign will be discussed as a whole: How are
the themes associated

to each other? How will the Slogan "Borderless"
communicated as a whole?

08:00 p.m. Evening Programme


Sunday, 08 March 2014: Intensive work within the theme groups


09:00 a.m. 3. Slot: Intensive work within the teams

All teams - Team Press and Team Public Relations,
Team Advertising, Team Social Media, Audio / Video and Political Education -
meet each other and

commonly develop a uniform European Election
Campain within their areas


01:00 p.m. Large concluding meeting: All teams meet and present their
final results.
