Hi There,

I just remember that there have been criminal proceedings in Germany in 
the federal states of Schleswig-Holstein und Bavaria because of the 
Pirate Parliamentarians in Schleswig-Holstein (Wolfgang Dudda) and a 
single Pirate Lawyer (Marcus Dinglreiter) in Bavaria. But I don't know 
anything about the outcomes.

Katharina Noccun who was a member of the German Pirate Board at the 
time, tried to petition the federal parliament to sue the British 
government before the European Court of Human Rights, but this petition 
wasn't accepted.

If you need more information from Germany you should ask Jens Stomber 
(@ZombB) who is delegate for the NSA affair in the German Pirate Party.
