[Int-koordination] German Proposal for a Common European Election Programme

Hi everyone,

here you can find the German proposal for a Common European Election 
Programme, that we may hopefully discuss in Athens (and before):

It is still missing a proposal on social policy, as there was an 
internal discussion about it, as the group working on social policy in 
the German Pirate Party didn't like my text and wants to offer their own 
proposal. But they will only meet tomorow night, so it couldn't be 
finished on time.

Please excuse the sometimes a bit rough translation, as we translated it 
in a hurry. And as it is a wiki: If you find any mistakes or think you 
can improve on the wording, feel free to do so. But please do not change 
anything about the content without asking me and the German 
International Coordination (int-koordination AT lists.piratenpartei.de) 
first, as it is our proposal.

I hope that we can convince you of many of the positions therein or will 
at least have lively discussions about it.

I will be joining the mumble meeting tonight, but I won't be able to use 
any pads, as I'm still without a fast and stable internet access at 
home. But mumble works most of the time! :-) I hope to hear many of you 
there.
