    Nevenka is still waiting to see the local judge. But she did meet Ana Marija's lawyer, who has stated that she has not been notified of any case to answer. No court message has arrived to Ana Marija's Slovenian address, and her official address registered here is Australia, and no notification of any open case has arrived there.

It appears that the extradition listing in the airport computer against her is strictly illegal.

The Police here in Slovenia do some strange things. Yesterday there were 8 of them stopping all cars, and they all insisted that it would be an € 400 fine for me to just be carrying a driver's license and a Slovenian permanent residence card. They will only accept an Australian Passport. The local administration unit called the police and said they are outraged that they do not recognise valid Slovenian ID. Supposedly they are ordered to come to me and officially apologise. The Police own website says to leave your passport safely at home, but the locals like to invent their own rules.

Anyway, if there is any order out against Ana Marija, we now know for a fact that there has been a serious breach of legal procedure as it has not been officially served to her lawyer or to any registered address of hers.

Nevenka would like some urgent help in Berlin. If you know where to access a state appointed lawyer to help her daughter Ana Marija, it would be a big relief. Or a lawyer to be paid if necessary. I think it is 108km from Berlin-Tegel.

Ana Marija was intercepted at Berlin Tegel, the computer showing that they should send her to Slovenia. She is in detention, and it is not known if the detention is legally valid. It needs a lawyer in Germany to get the information.

Ana Marija got a visa to Australia one year ago, no problem was in the system then, and she has not been in Slovenia since then.
