Behandelt ganz kurz "defensive Patente". Patente auf Dinge welche denkbar 
sind ohne sie wirklich zu erfinden. Es wird u.a. eine Arbeit der Stanford

Titel "The Myth of the Sole Inventor" welches davon handelt das in der 
Regel immer mehrere Gruppen von Investoren/Erfindern/Firmen an ein und 
derselben Entwicklung arbeiten.

we have drifted toward a patent regime that not only fails to fulfil its 
justifying function, to incentivise innovation, but actively impedes 
innovation. We rarely directly confront the effects of this immense waste

 /The Economist/  wird durchaus gelesen und es ist bemerkenswert das das 
es auch innerhalb von aktuellen Arbeitspapieren (hier: Law School) 
thematisiert wird.
