Hi Alex,

i recently started to integrate the concept of BEO into an overall process 
of a discussion and consensus framework. There also have been first 
conclusions how to integrate BEO into disco and at which points further 
room for experimental comparisons of applications in the different phases 
is needed.

Since the last 6 weeks now, there haven´t been much progress in this 
because we haven´t have any codex how to respect each other and the 
discussion and meta review phase concerning the phase structure of a 
proper discurs and willforming was stopped and exchanged by an old man´s 
need to dominate and lead the theoretical and tool discussion.

So by now, we are still in the middle ages.
